Summer Of Giveaway’s Finale

Terms & Conditions:

The Beluga Air Summer of Giveaways is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

The finale entry window is between 7.6.23-7.31.23 at 10 AM. Entry method: Submit a form above. Applicants will be chosen by Beluga Air and then chosen submissions will be posted on Beluga Air Social Media. Posts will earn points based on interactions. 

 Repeat posts will not qualify for points . Each post must be unique. All posts will be scored on the following criteria. One point will be awarded for each like a post receives. Two points will be awarded for each unique comment the post receives. Comment points can only be earned once per commenter.  Three points will be awarded for each share a post receives. The shared post will not generate its own points. Only one prize winner will be awarded. Beluga Air is not responsible for the accuracy of the point totals. We will attempt to be as accurate as possible. If your points were not counted correctly and you feel as though there has been a mistake, you can contact Beluga air with information and evidence to support your claims at [email protected]. All email claims for recounts must be submitted with the subject line: Summer of Giveaways Mistake. The winner of the giveaway will be the person nominated not the nominator. 

The winner will receive the Grand Prize of a Goodman Unit. Beluga Air makes no guarantees of quality or warranties and has no affiliation with Goodman Brand. The method and date of delivery is to be determined by Beluga Air. By accepting the prize the winner waives all rights to a claim should an issue arise with their system after the services are performed. Beluga Air is not affiliated with Goodman or any parent or affiliated company. No official partnership has been made. This giveaway is sponsored solely by Beluga Air. Conditions may change at any time. Beluga Air reserves the right to choose the winner in any manner we see fit. No one is entitled to the prize. Purchasing a service from Beluga Air does not grant you the prize, nor do we guarantee that anyone who purchases a service will receive the prize. By entering the giveaway you consent to allow Beluga Air to repost the content submitted in the giveaway. You also agree to  these terms and conditions. Verbal Consent will also be accepted as understanding of rules, terms, and conditions. Beluga Air may decide to disqualify any person for any reason at any moment from the giveaway. 

Honorary Titles: Titles may be given to the Nominees of Beluga Airs choosing. We may give out honorary titles to whomever we see fit and will award them any number of points for their prize along with the title. Titles are not verified or accredited and are only for entertainment purposes. Honorary Titles hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for any services. Beluga Air reserves the rights to give titles to whomever we se fit ay any moment for any reason. Points: The points awarded throughout the giveaway will remain active throughout the entire Summer of Giveaways Sweepstakes. Only the points earned during this giveaway will count towards determining the winner of this giveaway. Points earned prior to or after a giveaway will only be counted for the Sweepstakes Prize.  Points hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for anything. After the Summer of Giveaways Sweepstakes ends all Points will be invalid and will no longer be recorded. Nominees: Anyone nominated must be currently living in San Antonio to qualify for prize winning. Nominees must be above the age of 18 to be considered for the prize. Prize must be redeemed within 30 days after the winner is selected and notified. 

Beluga Air is not associated with or in partnership with Yeti, Goodman, Air Scrubber, Viroblaster, Mi Tierra, Six Flags, or their parent companies. The Yeti logo does not belong to Beluga Air, we have no claim or rights to this and the copy rights remain with Yeti. The goodman logo does not belong to Bleuga Air, we have no claim or rights to this and the copy rights remain with Goodman. The Air Scrubber logo does not belong to Beluga Air, we have no claim or rights to this and the copy rights remain with Air Scrubber. The viroblaster logo does not belong to Beluga Air, we have no claim or rights to this and the copy rights remain with Viro Blaster. The Mi Tierra Logo does not belong to Beluga Air, we have no claim or rights to this and the copy rights remain with Mi Tierra. The Six Flags logo does not belong to Beluga Air, we have no claim or rights to this and we the copy rights remain with Six Flags. The Summer of Giveaways has not been sponsored by any brands, companies, services, or items other than Beluga Air. Beluga Air makes no assertion of connection to any brand, logo, name, or item that is available as a prize in the summer of giveaways sweepstakes. Each giveaway is subject to individual terms and agreements. Must be 18 y/o or older to enter any of the giveaways. All Giveaways will be monitored and contestants points will be updated at the end of each giveaway. Points can only be earned by following all of the rules for each specific giveaway. Beluga Air reserves the right to add or deduct points from any contestant for any reason. Points are non transferable, cannot be combined, or redeemed for service or any other prize. Points have no Monetary value. All prizes must be claimed with in 30 days after their respective giveaway has ended. If a prize has not been claimed after 30 days the winner forfeits the right to the prize. Should the winner forfeit their prize Beluga Air reserves the right to choose a new winner at their sole discretion. Beluga Air also reserves the right to waive the prize and select no secondary winner for any reason they see fit. In the event only one person enters the giveaway they will be the immediate winner, but should they forfeit their prize Beluga Air reserves the right to cancel the giveaway. The Summer of giveaways sweepstakes begins 4.28.23 and ends on 7.31.23. Beluga air reserves the right to choose any alternative prize for any reason. Beluga Air is not liable for any issues with redeeming a prize or the future use of a prize. Beluga Air is not liable for damgaes that result from the use of a prize. Beluga air make no assertions and hold no liabilities for any external warranties offered by manufacturers. All prizes are final and cannot not be swapped, exchanged, or transferred to another party. Prizes hold no monetary value and cannot not be swapped for credit or cash. The final prize of any and all giveaways will be decided by Beluga Air, and the right to change or modify a prize remains solely with Beluga Air. Beluga air is not liable for any issues with, surround, or caused by winning a prize. Once the prize has been delivered the winner assumes all liability. All Photos or images of prizes are for entertainment purposes only and are not actual photos of the prize that will be received. Individual prizes may vary. Only the giveaways listed on this page qualify to earn points for the Summer Of Giveaways Sweepstakes.
